Mississippi Development Authority

The Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) serves as the funding source that allows qualified entities throughout the state of Mississippi to provide small business micro and minority loans to prospective or existing business owners.  SEMCIC serves as one such entity and works closely with MDA’s Minority Business Division and Finance Division to field and evaluate requests for small business financing.  MDA also assists with sub-contracting opportunities and facilitate ways for businesses to better compete for federal, state and local governmental contracts.
