EAGLE-ONE MEGA SITE

Located in unincorporated Forrest and Lamar Counties, the Eagle One Mega Site is just minutes away from the Hattiesburg City limits. The Area Development Partnership controls the site through long term Option to Purchase Agreements.

A Regional Economic Development Alliance has been formed between Forrest and Lamar Counties to serve as the governing entity for the site.

The Eagle One Mega Site is intended for large industrial land users considering substantial facilites requiring major capital expenditures and significant employment levels.
